Pay Rate: £25 - £45 per hour

We’re currently seeking a committed Functional Skills Tutor to join the team on a long-term basis, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. You will be delivering Maths and English to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, supporting their academic progress and preparing them for GCSE exams.

What we’re looking for:

1. QTS with a Maths or English specialism, or proven experience in a similar role (ECTs and Instructors welcome)
2. Experience teaching Functional Skills/GCSE Maths and English up to KS4
3. Confident classroom management skills
4. Familiarity with academic tracking systems like BKSb is desirable
