Job description

Functional Assessor

Salary and Bonuses:

  • Starting Salary: £38,500 - £41,500*
  • Retention Bonus: 5%
  • Additional Bonus: Up to 10% for quality and retention
  • Estimated Total Earnings (OTE): £45,650

What We Seek:

  • Minimum one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
  • Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with no restrictions and a valid PIN.
  • Strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper.
  • Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and generate accurate reports.
  • Proficient with IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access.
  • Valid driving license or reliable transportation to reach the nearest assessment centre.
Working Hours:

  • Full-time role: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day).
  • Flexible hours can be arranged with your line manager after initial training, considering both personal preferences and business needs.
  • Work hours are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid one-hour lunch break.
  • Sample schedules include: 8am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5:30pm.
  • We will provide at least 4 weeks’ notice for any changes to your schedule.
