Functional Assessor

We are now recruiting for an exciting new role as a Functional Assessor.

We are looking for a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with 1+ years’ experience and registered with the NMC/HCPC.

Full training and equipment will be provided.

So, what does this entail?

• Conducting initial reviews, paper-based, face-to-face, video, or telephone assessments.
• Hybrid-based at home and also work from your nearest assessment via a rota basis.
• Observing and reporting on an individual’s ability to carry out activities.
• Creating comprehensive reports of the evidence gathered for each claimant, each day.
• Ensuring enough detail, evidence, and justification are given to support reports.
• Developing your clinical knowledge and learning about the health conditions which are less familiar to you.
