Description

1. Drafting, implementing, and maintaining intercompany agreements for multinational groups

2. Advising on international legal aspects of cross-border corporate structures, including group reorganisations

3. Collaborating with international tax and transfer pricing professionals on compliance matters

4. Providing corporate governance advice, including directors' duties and shareholder resolutions

5. Supporting legal aspects of debt simplifications and other restructuring projects

Profile

1. A solicitor or equivalent with strong experience in corporate/commercial law

2. Skilled in contract drafting, able to tailor agreements independently

3. Knowledgeable in corporate law aspects of group reorganisations

4. Familiar with corporate governance, including board and shareholder resolutions

5. Exposure to cross-border transactions, M&A, or IP agreements is a plus

6. Awareness of transfer pricing and international tax beneficial (training provided)

Job Offer

1. Salary from £85,000+ depending on experience
