Job Summary

My client is seeking a talented and driven Full-Stack Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you will be involved in both front-end and back-end development, working on innovative and high-quality solutions to meet the company's business needs. As a key part of the team, you'll help architect and build the platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams and continuously evolving your skills. Technologies: TypeScript, React, Vite, Tailwind, Nx, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, CloudFormation

The Role

1. Design and develop the core platform, ensuring top performance, scalability, and maintainability.
2. Contribute to the technical architecture, focusing on building fault-tolerant, distributed systems in AWS.
3. Optimize platform performance, improving load times, scalability, and responsiveness on both the front-end and back-end.
4. Collaborate across teams, working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to meet user and business needs.
5. Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and testing.
6. Stay updated on new technologies and contribute to evolving the tech stack, including front-end and back-end frameworks, cloud technologies, and design patterns.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Experience: 3+ years post-graduation experience, ideally in a fast-moving tech startup environment.
2. Education: A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
3. Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and frameworks.
4. Skills:

• Experience building applications using cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
• Strong understanding of React and web fundamentals, including the virtual DOM, concurrent programming, web performance analysis, managing re-renders, and SSR.
• Proficient with Git.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write documentation and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
