We are seeking a skilled Full-Time Writer, Transcriptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting audio and video recordings into high-quality written documents with precision and accuracy. Your work will play a key role in delivering the exacting standards our clients expect.

Our Writers provide transcripts for a variety of high-profile, technical and confidential meetings and events, including:

  • Corporate communications & investor relations events
  • Employee relations meetings
  • Medical and pharmaceutical communication forums
  • Governance meetings (board, management and committee meetings)
  • Legal proceedings and formal investigations
  • Regulatory meetings and public consultations
  • Roundtable discussions and industry seminars
Responsibilities
  • Transcribe spoken content from audio and video recordings with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Format transcripts according to company guidelines and quality standards
  • Edit and proofread transcripts for clarity, grammar, and style
  • Meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Project Management, and Editorial teams
Requirements
  • Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail
  • Strong command of English grammar, punctuation and style
  • Previous transcription experience (preferred but will be determined by test)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection (a corporate laptop will be provided)
