WE NEED YOU TO:

1. Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
2. Support the Store Manager in achieving all store and company sales targets, operations goals, policies and procedures
3. Maintain excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines
4. Be an expert in fashion and the latest trends
5. Support management in training and developing the team to maximize sales
6. Assist in performance management of the team
7. Support with floor control
8. Assist in customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction

YOU WILL NEED:

1. Experience at a similar management level
2. To be a customer service ambassador
3. Proven ability to drive sales and lead a team
4. To be immaculately presented and representative of our luxury/fashion-forward brand in every way
