Your new company
Hays Education are currently recruiting for a reliable and adaptable Reception teacher to work at a Primary School in Central Bristol. The school is based in East Central Bristol and has a mission to deliver a successful education to all children regardless of their background. They are looking for a teacher who is diverse in their teaching style which can be applied to any classroom of abilities.
Your new role
This role is on a full-time basis and will be suited to those who have a passion for the early years of primary school teaching. The school will be looking for somebody who is adaptable and open to a class of varying ability; the role is open to ECTs. The successful candidate will have routine day-to-day classroom responsibilities along with working with other teachers in the 3 form entry year to make a collaborative team. The school's ethos is to bring the early years of a child's education to life with passion and care. If you have a passion for Reception Primary Teaching, then this role will be perfect for you. This role starts on a full-time basis after Term 5 and has the possibility of running until the end of the Academic Year.
What you'll need to succeed

  1. You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
  2. Experience in teaching Key Stage 1 is preferred.
  3. Eligible to work in the UK.
  4. Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status.
  5. Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
