A busy, professional family based in Aigburth, Liverpool, is seeking a full-time, experienced nanny to provide loving and engaging care for their 19-month-old daughter.

This wonderful little girl is happy, energetic, and thriving in her development. She loves imaginative play, mark-making, crafts, construction activities, and books. She enjoys walks in the park, feeding the ducks, soft play centres, and spending time with friends at playgroups. She also attends baby signing and various fun classes and groups. She is a good eater with a varied diet and is meeting all her expected milestones. The family currently have a nanny via Happy Nest who highly recommends this lovely role.

The Role

The family is looking for a nurturing, fun, and proactive nanny who can create a stimulating and educational environment while supporting their daughter's natural curiosity and love for learning. The ideal nanny will:

1. Have a genuine passion for childcare and child development
2. Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to encourage learning through play
3. Be organised and creative, with a focus on educational and social development
4. Arrange and attend playgroups, classes, and outdoor activities
5. Prepare healthy meals and snacks
6. Provide a structured yet flexible routine

Additional Details

• Occasional babysitting, weekend work, and travel may be required (with prior notice)

Hours & Salary

Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
£16-£18 gross per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional nanny/childcare experience
• Paediatric First Aid Level 3
• Enhanced DBS Check on the update service (agency can assist)
• Checkable References
• Relevant childcare qualification
• Clean UK driving licence & own car

This is a live-out role, so applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance to Aigburth, Liverpool.

Start Date: 21st April 2025
