Job description

A warm and down-to-earth family of 3 are seeking a proactive and passionate individual to support Mum with the care of their sweet 6-month-old. The role involves approximately 50% housekeeping when Mum is taking care of B6m and 50% nannying while Mum is out for appointments or outings. The family currently reside in Leamington Spa but are looking to move to Broadway around August/September time. Considering this, the ideal candidate will need to consider their commuting time in the immediate instant to Leamington Spa and then to Broadway on a permanent basis after the summer.

Nanny duties may include taking B6m out to the park, to baby classes, or focusing on his development through sensory play and activities at home, as well as preparing meals as he starts baby weaning. Housekeeping duties may include laundry, ironing, general tidying and organizing, family calendar management, overseeing tradespeople, and assisting with the care of their two cats. Relevant to B6m, the family would benefit from their nanny periodically sorting through his clothes and toys to ensure there are age-appropriate items, helping with charity shop runs, and suggestions for new clothes/toys that are necessary.
The family also employ a regular gardener and cleaners. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively work alongside their existing team to ensure seamless running of their family home.

Location of the job: Leamington Spa (family are moving to Broadway in approx. 6 months)
Minimum experience Level for this job: At least 2 years Nannying experience in Private Households

Hours of work: 7am – 5pm (flexibility available with start times)
