Job description

Full Stack Senior Software Engineer required for an initial 6-month role with our blue-chip Financial Services client. The right candidate must have demonstrable experience C# .NET Core & React Development, including JavaScript / TypeScript experience, experience creating REST APIs, and experience in development and CI/CD tools such as Jira, Git, and AWS CodeBuild.

Role Details:
The role must be engaged via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company, and the role is hybrid, with some of the work done remotely and fortnightly time in the client's office in Nottingham. Our client is looking for someone who has good commercial experience writing code in React and C# within a microservices architecture. You will also need to have experience with cloud-based technologies (ideally AWS) and a passion for quality engineering, working as part of an agile team and being flexible in your ways of working.

Essential Skills:

• C# .NET Core and React development skills
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience creating REST APIs
• Knowledge of microservice architecture
• Development and CI/CD tools such as Jira, Git, and AWS CodeBuild
• Experience with a relational database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
• Software Development skills & experience within other large & established Financial Services organisations
