You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and implement testing strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring that we continue to deliver a top-tier experience to our users.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand requirements, identify risks, and provide testing feedback early in the development process.
- Implement and maintain QA processes, ensuring best practices in version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Monitor and analyse test results, providing detailed reports on bugs, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead efforts to ensure high test coverage and reduce manual testing by increasing automation, aiming for quality-first delivery.
- Participate actively in planning sessions, bringing a QA perspective to user story definition and ensuring test effort is considered.
- Build and maintain performance testing scenarios using K6 or a similar framework.
- Stay up-to-date with and share knowledge of the latest test automation tools, technologies, and best practices.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA, testing, and automation.
- Proven experience in full-stack QA automation, particularly for mobile applications (Android/iOS) and backend microservices.

- Experience with performance testing tools like K6 (or similar frameworks).
- Hands-on experience with Espresso for Android and XCUITest for iOS automation.
- Ability to effectively manage context switching between backend and frontend QA tasks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab and Bitrise), version control, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech or financial services.
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
