The Opportunity

• You will work both front-end and back-end to help develop and improve the platform.
• Work with non-traditional databases such as MongoDB to store and manage data effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance product functionality.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, provide technical insights, and ensure seamless team collaboration to drive innovation and deliver a high-quality product.

Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience with front-end technologies, including React and Redux, for building dynamic and scalable user interfaces.
• Strong expertise in back-end development using Node.js, ensuring efficient and high-performance applications.
• Proficient in working with non-relational databases, particularly MongoDB, for flexible and scalable data management.
• Proven experience in a product-led company, with a deep understanding of product functionality and how technology drives user engagement and growth.
