We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer to join our innovative Platform team. In this role, you will play a key role in building prototypes for new products and features, delivering well-produced features, and quickly iterating and dynamically exploring new ideas. You will also design, develop, and maintain high-quality and scalable front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapid prototypes for new products and features, bringing creative ideas to life.
• Deliver high-quality features efficiently, balancing excellence with timely delivery, even under pressure.
• Engage in rapid iteration and dynamic exploration of new concepts and technologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable solutions across both front-end and back-end systems.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal user experience and system efficiency.
• Assist in the learning and development of the wider team, participate in code reviews, mentor junior colleagues, and improve overall code quality.
• Drive technical innovation, reduce tech debt, and keep our systems at the forefront of technology.
• Write and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including domain experts, to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in a subset of: React, Tailwind, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Fast API, RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, GCP, Docker, CI/CD, OAuth, microservices, MongoDB, Postgres, DynamoDb, architectural patterns, and unit testing.
• Soft Skills: Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies, strong communication skills, a collaborative team player, open-minded, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Proven experience building engaging and responsive front-end applications.
• Experience working with AI/ML technologies.
