Description
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team and build high-quality, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TypeScript and Angular, with a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences. You will work closely with backend developers and designers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Develop responsive and interactive web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX designs accurately.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Integrate with backend APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance.
- Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and trends.
The Individual
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable values and ethics that mirror our own culture values and to be successful in the recruitment process you will need to evidence at least 4 years’ experience of the following in your CV:
- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Angular.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Knowledge of frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, NPM).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
- Familiarity with AWS for frontend deployment.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
