At The Hideout, we are looking for Front of House Team Members who enjoy working as part of a team. We will provide all the training and support you need to build your skills. What’s most important is your ability to connect with the team and help create a positive experience for our guests.

1. Help prepare and serve our delicious food and drinks at The Hideout.
2. Offer friendly recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
3. Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. The Hideout Derby is located in a prime spot in the town of Derby. We have a delicious drinks menu, plenty of screens for live sport, a street food-inspired menu, and an awesome late-night atmosphere. This pub takes it to the next level with private sports viewing booths and a private gaming room. We've even got an outdoor bar and stadium-style seating for big sporting events and amazing events with live music entertainment.
