Front of House Staff

We currently have an opportunity for casual staff to join our amazing team at Gallery of Modern Art One. This is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. We are looking for outstanding customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Shift timings will be from 10am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guests
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
• Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
• Great barista skills – but training can be provided
• Commitment & passion to deliver the highest standards of customer service
• Heaps of energy, positivity & enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure
• Fantastic communication skills both orally and written
• A high standard of personal presentation

Heritage Portfolio is the sub-segment of Sodexo Live! that produces outstanding catering and event services for our cultural destinations. These include exceptional “in-house” café services in some of Britain’s leading visitor attractions such as V&A Dundee, The Signet Library, The Scottish National Gallery, private parties and dining, weddings, and prestigious events including The Royal Garden Party for which we are honoured to have received a Royal Warrant of Appointment as Supplier of Catering Services.
