Your future duties and responsibilities

As a Front End Developer, you'll play a vital role in developing, supporting, and maintaining modern web-based applications as part of an Agile delivery team. Your work will contribute to the delivery of robust and scalable services used by people every day.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, building and enhancing front end applications
2. Participating in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
3. Capturing and refining technical and business requirements
4. Supporting integration of front end components into larger systems
5. Working collaboratively across internal teams and external stakeholders
6. Taking a proactive approach to incident and change management
7. Contributing to decisions around tooling, processes and front end architecture
8. Providing support in cloud-based development and deployment environments

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

1. Strong experience in front-end development with Angular
2. Proficiency with supporting technologies and tools including Node.js, Azure, Terraform, Jenkins, GIT, JIRA, and Confluence
3. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
4. Ability to work independently with a flexible, proactive attitude
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, including third-party suppliers
7. Familiarity with monitoring and analysis tooling, deployment pipelines, and incident resolution
8. Desire to continually learn and develop across technologies and project environments
