Front Desk Support Specialist/Hair Stylist

We are looking for a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as a Front Desk Support Specialist/Hair Stylist. In this dual role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient front desk experience for clients while also providing professional hairstyling services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Support:
   • Greet and assist clients upon arrival, providing excellent customer service.
   • Schedule and confirm appointments, managing bookings and client communications.
   • Handle phone and email inquiries, providing information about services and pricing.
   • Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
2. Hair Stylist Duties:
   • Provide high-quality hair styling services based on client requests and latest trends.
   • Offer consultations to clients regarding suitable styles, treatments, and aftercare.
   • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met in the styling area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service and hair styling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, plus two Sundays: 9:30am-6:00pm
Salary: £12 – £13 hourly
