Position Overview

The Front Desk Associate (FDA) at PCRK Group plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors. As the first point of contact, the FDA is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing appointment bookings, and providing information about our services and products. This position requires a strong focus on sales, customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
  2. Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling transactions.
  3. Provide accurate information regarding services, products, and promotions to guests.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  5. Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  6. Assist in promoting membership options, retail products, and additional services.
  7. Support the overall team in reaching sales and operational goals.

Minimum Requirements

  2. Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
