Job description

Friendly PA for 19-year-old Twins Flexible 6-12hrs P/W @ £12.38 to £24.76 P/H in NR34 - Beccles - NR34

I have two 19-year-old boys with learning disabilities and autism, looking for a compassionate, reliable, and flexible personal assistant/career to support them and also to provide myself some much-needed respite. Both have unique needs—one of them is non-verbal, but he likes you to sing and dance and communicates using a speech app, Makaton, and PECS, while the other enjoys more into sports and interactive quizzes.

We are looking for a PA who can help us build their independence, both at home and out in the community. Initially, you will spend time supervising at home, helping with basic personal care, and ensuring their safety (especially in the kitchen). Over time, once you’re comfortable, you may take them out for activities such as walks, swimming, or playing sports like cricket and basketball either together or separately. We require a calm and patient carer who can handle occasional behavioural challenges.
