FRENCH SELECTION (FS)

French speaking Sales Support (Part-Time)
Location: Dartford
Salary: up to 28,000 per annum pro rata
Ref: 8180FS

The company: A prestigious family-owned manufacturer with international operations.

Main duties:

  1. To provide excellent customer service and support to the sales team.
  2. To respond to customers' enquiries via telephone and email.
  3. To provide administrative support to the sales and export teams.
  4. To process orders, returns, and refunds.
  5. To update the product stocklist and prices according to promotions.
  6. To identify and follow up on sales leads in order to encourage growth in the French market.
  7. To expand on business opportunities with existing accounts through upselling.

The candidate:

  1. Fluency in French to Business Level - Essential.
  2. Experience in customer service or sales - Essential.
  3. Knowledge of Sage would be beneficial.
  4. Proactive, confident, and dynamic personality.
  5. Excellent communication skills and a team player.
  6. IT literate.

The salary: up to 28,000 per annum pro rata.
