We are hiring for a French speaking Project Administrator to join a successful, international IT support and consultancy company to support the senior project manager of client interaction and related tasks.

Location of the job:
Loughton, Essex (north east London)

Language requirements for the job:
Fluent in French & English

Our client is a successful IT company with business operations in both the UK and France.

Job responsibilities of the French speaking Project Administrator:
In order to support their senior client Project Manager, they wish to recruit a French speaking Project Administrator.

Your role will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Answer phone calls / emails from clients with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  2. Organise calls with clients in France for the project manager.
  3. Follow up with clients after interaction with the Project Manager.
  4. Work with the Project Manager on new client activity.
  5. Translate documents into French/English.
  6. Offer ad-hoc office administration support.

The successful candidate background:

  1. Fluency in French and English.
  2. Good administration and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  3. Strong IT background.
  4. A good understanding of technical terminology.
  5. Previous project management, customer service, or sales support experience.
  6. A keen eye for detail.

Salary, benefits and working hours:
c£30,000 and company benefits.
