ROLE AND BACKGROUND:

The Full Stack Developer role is designed to ensure operational excellence, aiming to meet response time targets and achieve high customer satisfaction. A key objective is the continuous improvement of domain knowledge, which will aid in better addressing client needs and delivering top-tier solutions. The developer will contribute to creating and maintaining a knowledge database, facilitating efficient problem resolution. Another central aspect of the role is explaining complex technical concepts to stakeholders clearly and effectively, fostering transparency and understanding across the team. Furthermore, the role includes identifying and developing innovative ideas to enhance current product offerings.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform fixes on application software.
2. Debug applications and implement upgrades.
3. Assist with issues on back-end or front-end software.
4. Suggest improvements on infrastructure to mitigate infrastructure-related issues upfront.
5. Document all fixes and investigations.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Excellent programming skills in Angular v8+ or Java v11+.
2. Ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
3. Experience with industry-standard tech conventions and processes like Agile.
4. Strong lateral-thinking skills.
5. Ability to work independently.
6. Capacity to identify underlying issues if unclear.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

1. French and English speaking.
2. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.
3. Minimum of 7 years of experience developing and supporting applications.
4. Very good knowledge of Angular v8+, Java v11+, MySQL, Elastic Search, and Kubernetes.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Desire to learn and develop new skills.
7. Team-focused attitude.
8. Must be located in London and able to travel.
