French Speaking Customer Service Support
Location: Congleton
Salary: £26,000 per annum plus bonus
Ref: 4247AF
Main duties:
- To be the first point of contact for customers within a designated region providing outstanding customer service.
- To respond to sales enquiries from customers in a timely manner.
- Respond to quotes and product information.
- Raise orders and send invoices.
- Database maintenance, customer registration and admin support.
- Attend trade show 2 – 3 times a year.
Candidate's Profile
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
- Fluent in German a plus but not a requirement.
- Experience in Customer service or admin support beneficial.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Sales focused with strong attention to details.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive.
- IT literate.
