At Jewellery Quarter Bullion our mission is to create an accessible, simple & enjoyable customer experience across all of our brands and websites. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our sales and customer service team. You will be focused on providing exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, helping them with product advice, handling enquiries, and driving sales through excellent customer service. This is a dynamic role where you will learn about our products and industry, and work closely with our vibrant and collaborative team.

You will need to provide occasional support to the UK team, in English. Please note: this role cannot be performed remotely. We do not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Engagement: Answer inbound calls and emails, providing high-quality assistance to our customers.
  2. Sales Focus: Drive sales by following up on customer leads and delivering comprehensive product knowledge.
  3. Product Information: Offer detailed guidance on product specifications, check prices and availability, and process customer orders efficiently.
  4. Compliance: Finalise payments and perform compliance tasks related to customer onboarding and transactions.
  5. After-Sales Care: Take ownership of after-sales support, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  6. Administration: Carry out various administrative duties, including record-keeping and updating systems.
  7. Support: Provide assistance to other teams as needed, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication skills and confident phone manner.
  2. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to generating business.
  3. Ability to learn and retain product knowledge, helping you offer tailored solutions to clients.
  4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Team player with a positive attitude, thriving in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  6. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
