Job Description:
Quantum Scholars is seeking a dedicated and experienced French and Spanish Teacher for a long-term supply role in Luton, starting in September 2025. The ideal candidate must have the right to work in the UK and prior experience teaching in English schools. They must be able to teach either French or Spanish up to A-Level. Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in French and/or Spanish.
2. Teach up to A-Level in either French or Spanish, ensuring high academic standards.
3. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the modern languages curriculum.
6. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
7. Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
2. Experience teaching in English schools with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
3. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
4. Ability to teach either French or Spanish to A-Level.
5. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
6. A passion for languages and the ability to inspire students.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience teaching both French and Spanish.
2. Additional training or professional development in modern languages education.
