Job Summary:

We are a relatively new division of our Group which is an established UK Logistics specialist. We have a unique selling point of being able to cover all modes of transport anywhere in the world and manage customs clearances, warehousing, and logistics all in-house without third-party involvement. We pioneered the latest government initiative of Freeport customs sites and now offer services to help other businesses with the process. We are looking for a Freight Forwarder to join our Freight Forwarding team who has the ability to organise import shipments for our customers via sea, air & road.

Experience:

1. A minimum of 4 years working in a Freight Forwarding environment (essential)
2. A good understanding of Incoterms
3. Experience dealing with overseas agents and shipping lines
4. Experience in quoting customers
5. An understanding of customs processes
6. Knowledge of Bills of Lading (HBL and MBL)
