Raspberry Pi (RPi) is looking for a Freight Coordinator to join our commercial department’s busy supply chain team. The role is based in the Cambridge office, where you’ll be expected to work at least four days per week. However, five in-office days per week are encouraged.
Reporting to: Freight Manager
The Freight Coordinator’s role is mainly to coordinate between freight forwarders, stakeholders, and the RPi team to ensure imports and exports run smoothly and efficiently, making sure to keep records up to date and communicate any changes.
Founded as a charity in 2012, Raspberry Pi now operates as two organisations in two separate locations: here at Raspberry Pi Ltd, we build the UK’s best-selling computers and microcontrollers, alongside other products, and develop the software that supports them. Our friends at the Raspberry Pi Foundation run a charitable enterprise focused on developing computing and digital skills in people of all ages.
Raspberry Pi computers and microcontrollers are used everywhere, from challenging embedded environments to enterprise and edge applications.
The candidate will have relevant experience in a supply chain or freight company.
Additional benefits include a generous pension scheme, life assurance, private medical insurance, and critical illness cover.
