I am delighted to be working with a leading Freight Forwarding company with over 30 years expertise in their field. Due to growth within the business, I am seeking a Sea Freight Forwarder (Exports) to join their team on a permanent basis.

About you…

1. Previous experience of working within a Freight Forwarding role
2. Proficient with MS Office
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Duties…

1. Communicate and work with sea freight partners
2. Handle enquiries by phone, email, and face-to-face with customers and suppliers
3. Handle export of goods
4. Make bookings on CRM system
5. Communicate with stakeholders ensuring that they are aware of the status of their goods
6. See shipments through from start to finish
7. Deal with documentation
8. Arrange FCL export/import shipments with various carriers to worldwide destinations
9. Arrange collections with our selected Transport/Liner Shipping Companies
10. Handle order traces, issuing Bills of Lading, Invoices
11. Other adhoc duties
