• Collaborate with the Lead Product Designer to craft seamless, data-driven user experiences.
• Design pixel-perfect prototypes and UI designs in Figma, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Work within and contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
• Conduct user research, extracting valuable insights and translating them into actionable product improvements.
• Plan, structure, and conduct user interviews to gather key feedback, ensuring our designs are built around real user needs.
• Work in an agile environment (2-week sprints), ensuring designs align with business objectives and development timelines.
• Create engaging Figma Slides presentations for concept products that stakeholders can use to pitch to potential customers.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and user-centric.
• Balance remote work with in-office collaboration, depending on project needs.

• 3-4 years of UX/UI Design experience with a strong focus on B2B products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems & prototyping.
• Exceptional attention to detail – all designs must be delivered with pixel-perfect precision.
• Strong user research skills, capable of extracting insights and implementing them into design decisions.
• Experience in planning, structuring, and conducting user interviews to gather meaningful user insights.
• Experience working in agile environments, particularly in 2-week sprint cycles.
• Ability to create high-quality presentations in Figma Slides for stakeholder and client pitches.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• A strong online portfolio showcasing UX and UI work (applications without portfolios will not be considered).
• Eligibility to work in the UK – applications from non-UK candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
• Someone who takes initiative, is open to constructive feedback, and is eager to bring immediate value to the team.
