Are you a Freelance Team Licensing coordinator?

Fancy a 1-year contract with a global entertainment company?

Title: Freelance Team Licensing Co-ordinator, EMEA

Start: Monday, 7th April 2025

Length: 1 year

Client: Global Entertainment Company

IR35: Inside IR35 (client has requested to use an Umbrella to invoice, not your Ltd)

Work set-up: 5 days per week: 3 days a week in-house + other 2 days will be remote (Unchangeable)

Location: Central London

Brief:

This client is looking for a dedicated coordinator in licensing & retail. Support key category & country teams in delivering global objectives and strategy across EMEA and beyond.

Business Support

  • Assist Commercial & Legal teams in contract entry & deal execution.
  • Gather quarterly sales projections, identifying upsides or sensitivities.

Coordination

  • Compile & analyze retail sell-through data for reports.
  • Maintain licensee lists, monitor activities & share reports.
  • Provide country, retail & marketing teams with key licensee/product data for sales, branding & retail meetings.

Cross-Regional Alignment

  • Establish best practice networks with other regional coordinators.
  • Liaise with internal market teams & agents, ensuring cross-category collaboration with Legal, Franchise, and Retail teams.

Skills & Experience

  • Proactive, team-oriented, and strong communicator at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize & meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience in Licensing or Marketing, with a strong analytical & sales presentation track record.
