Freelance Social Media & Content Specialist - Property Sector
Birmingham | Part-time (3 days/week) | Freelance | £200 - £250 a day

Are you a creative content specialist with experience in property or housebuilding? We're looking for a freelance Social Media & Content Specialist to join a growing property company on a part-time basis (2/3 days a week). There's flexibility on which days you work, and you'll collaborate closely with the sales team to bring their brand to life online.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Creating 4 social media posts per week, including 2 reels and a mix of carousel and static content
• Managing TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
• Writing engaging copy for social media, email marketing (Mailchimp - 2 per month), and paid social campaigns (2 per month)
• Producing and editing short-form video content (Final Cut Pro experience preferred)
• Attending site visits (extra charge) to capture high-quality content
• Maintaining a shared content library for internal teams

What We're Looking For:

• Freelance experience and ability to manage your own workload
• Experience in property, housebuilding, or a related industry
• A strong portfolio showcasing reel and video content
• Copywriting skills and the ability to craft compelling messages
• Hands-on experience with video editing software (Final Cut Pro preferred)
• Knowledge of paid social media and email marketing

The Details:

• Start date: Mid-May
• Duration: Freelance contract until March/April next year
• 1 or 2 days a month in office
