Job Description
We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor for our client's Retail, Commercial and Food Outlet refurbishment projects nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork and site inductions. A background in Joinery is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Valid SSSTS
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- 1st Aid at Work certification
Responsibilities:
- Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
- Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
- Report project progress to the main contractor
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment
Rate of Pay: £21-22ph
