With a strong reputation in the sector, they focus on providing innovative and efficient solutions across a wide range of industrial schemes. Due to ongoing growth and a new exciting industrial development in Kettering, they are now seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join their team.

The Candidate:
As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations on an industrial scheme in Kettering. You will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a challenging and rewarding project with a well-established contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site operations and ensure the project is delivered on time and to specification.
• Manage and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Liaise with the project team, client representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Ensure quality control standards are met, with regular inspections and checks.
• Resolve issues or delays on site promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or similar projects.
• Experience working for a main contractor in the design and build sector.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams to ensure project delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates are essential.
• A construction-related degree or equivalent is preferred.
