Proven history as a project lead in construction management.
Mandatory certifications: SMSTS and First Aid.

Midlands regional SME contractor are looking for a Site Manager for a 30 week contract to manage as the No.1 a £1.4 Million extension to a private bungalow which requires special adaptations due to clients personal specifications.

The project itself will consist of drainage, brick/blockwork, external ramps etc. You will be totally autonomous with the running of the schemes, so a proven history and track record delivering schemes as the project lead will be essential along with a CV to show this.

SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement as without these no applications will be considered, as well as individuals that have been working for mainstream residential developers.

Rates: £190 p/d PAYE, £250-£280 p/d CIS/Ltd.
