We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee snagging works on a building project in South Ayrshire. This 12-week contract starts in early April and requires a proactive professional with a strong understanding of CDM regulations.

• Hours: 7am - 7pm
• Payment Options: Ltd, CIS, or PAYE

Requirements:

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations
• Experience managing snagging works
• Ability to balance site and office responsibilities
