Freelance Site Manager - Interior Fit Out - Manchester

MCG Construction are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an interior fit-out project in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and hands-on Site Manager to take charge of a fast-paced project, ensuring high standards of delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the fit-out project from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Manage and liaise with subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular project updates.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any site challenges proactively to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing interior fit-out projects.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Please note: A minimum of two professional references will be required before your application can be presented to our client.
