Kenton Black are currently recruiting for a Freelance Night Shift Site Manager. The client is an established Tier 1 main contractor known for delivering high valuation new build commercial and fitout projects.

Job Responsibilities

In your new role as Freelance Night Shift Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operation of a fitout project in the city centre. Throughout the assignment, with the assistance from another Site Manager & Site Supervisor, you will guide sub-contractors, tradesmen & labour whilst ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times. You will be responsible for toolbox talks, contributing to progress meetings and ensure project timelines are met.

Minimum Requirements

As a minimum you must have your CSCS (black), SMSTS & First Aid qualifications alongside previous work history having successfully managed fitout projects.

As reward, you will be paid a desirable CIS rate on a weekly basis. You will also be given access to an iconic project within the Aberdeen City Centre area.
