Freelance IT Recruiter (f/m/d)

Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice
Location: Anywhere - remote in EMEA time zone

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Proactively source top-tier candidates through your preferred channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, with a primary focus on identifying talent for clients in Germany and Austria.
2. Evaluate candidate profiles based on their qualifications and potential fit for specific job roles, using pre-defined criteria.
3. Collaborate closely with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
4. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities, fostering ongoing relationships.
5. Efficiently coordinate interview schedules between candidates and indivHR.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proficient in English (spoken and written) - this is a must, German is an advantage.
2. Several years of experience as an IT recruiter is a must, also experience in recruiting SAP professionals.
3. Stellar communication and people skills.
4. Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently.
5. Great time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities.
6. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
7. You've got your own LinkedIn Recruiter account or similar.
