Franchise Training Manager - Central & South area Head Office - Snowfox Group
Contract: Full Time
Salary: 41,600
Contracted Hours: 40

The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $0.5b and whose aim is to become the world's largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for all training related to the franchise kiosks.
  2. Create, update and deliver induction training content to our new franchisees.
  3. Ensure franchise kiosks are fully compliant in all Health & Safety and Food Safety.
  4. Provide training solutions to all franchise run kiosks such as knowledge and behaviours required to perform their roles with confidence.
  5. Coach the franchisees to ensure the operations are run to the expected level.
  6. Work with Operations Teams to establish ‘Centres of Excellence’ and train the team to perform at our highest standard as well as complete monthly audits to ensure criteria are met.
  7. Act as a role model, championing YO! culture, values, and behaviours.
  8. Positively influence, motivate, and inspire others to achieve their targets in relation to learning & development.
  9. Carry out audit visits on the franchise kiosks to ensure teams are following SOPs and meeting expectations.
  10. Liaise with Attensi to manage the process of corporate sites moving into Franchised sites.
  11. Complete and organise training sign-offs for Franchisees in training.
  12. Frequent travel to southern training academy in Cheltenham as well as sites within their remit of south/central.

Qualifications:

  1. Experienced training professional.
  2. Experience in facilitating training in both classroom and practical training environments.
  3. Intermediate to advanced IT skills (MS Office 365), specifically Teams.
  4. Passion for coaching.
  5. Stakeholder engagement and commercially minded.
  6. Excellent planning, organising and time management skills.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
  8. Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  9. Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  10. Ability to anticipate needs and to react quickly to demands.
  11. Great flexibility.
