Our client would like an exceptional FP&A Manager to join our Accounting & Finance team. This role is ideal for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving business performance.

Description

  • Manage and coordinate all fiscal reporting activities for the organisation.
  • Oversee the budget process and manage financial forecasting.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance Department with strategic financial planning.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process.
  • Work closely with other team leads to understand and support Heads of Departments and cost centres.
  • Provide insightful financial data to support company decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
  • Develop and manage financial systems/models.

Profile

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles.
  • Excellent ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports.
  • Sound understanding of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting and all pertinent regulations.
  • Adept at process improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
