An established industry player is seeking a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis professional to lead FP&A activities in the UK. Fully qualified Accountant with CIMA, ACA, or ACCA certification.
2-5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in retail.

Lead FP&A activities and provide financial analysis for decision-making.
Manage annual budgeting and develop KPI dashboards for performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

Lead on all UK FP&A activities within the business.
Act as a Business Partner to senior leadership teams, as well as other areas of the business to provide commercial insight and financial analysis to support key decision-making processes.
Lead the annual budgeting and business planning process, including periodic reforecasting. Provide guidance and support to departments in preparing comprehensive budgets.
Deliver in-depth financial analysis to identify strategic opportunities, challenge assumptions, and recommend alternative solutions to optimise business outcomes.
Develop and manage the monthly KPI dashboard, providing insight into key performance metrics to drive business success.
Conduct regular reviews of departmental costs to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
Manage monthly financial reconciliations, as well as provide ad hoc analysis and reports.
x1 Direct Report (no previous management experience needed).

About You:

Fully qualified Accountant - CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.
2-5 years of FP&A experience.
Industry Experience - Retail highly advantageous.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Exceptional organisational abilities with strong attention to detail in managing systems, planning, and data analysis.
