Head4Talent are currently working with a rapidly expanding manufacturing business based near Caerphilly to hire a commercially focused FP&A Manager.

Role Overview

As the Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Manager you will spearhead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, analyse financial outcomes, and offer insights crucial for senior management to meet the company's financial goals.

Duties

  1. Collaborate with department heads to develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts that align with strategic objectives.
  2. Work closely with the business and finance team to produce top-notch analysis and reports, providing insightful information for decision makers.
  3. Gain a profound understanding of the UK's performance drivers, analyzing costs, revenues, segment profitability, and customer profitability.
  4. Partner with the commercial team on pricing strategies, supplier relationships, and margin enhancement.
  5. Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to ensure the financial plans' resilience.
  6. Provide regular financial reports to monitor performance, track key initiatives, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  7. Optimize FP&A processes, assess key performance indicators (KPIs), and enhance management information visualization.
