FP&A Lead | Rapid Growth SaaS Startup | London / Hybrid
The Client
Harmonic are proud to be working with a fast-growth investor backed Fintech/SaaS business on a newly created role for an FP&A Lead to join their team in London.
As the business plans to go through a corporate transaction in the next 1-2 years, this is an excellent time to join the business with a key remit of elevating the commercial and strategic contribution of finance to the wider business and senior leadership.
This disruptive scaleup is the first to bring technology and automation into an industry craving modernisation. Their SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform has seen them quickly take a healthy chunk of a rapidly growing market. In 4 years, they've grown from £0 revenue to £10m and have some incredibly ambitious plans for expansion over the next few years.
This role will suit an individual that is commercially astute with a strong modelling skillset. My client is looking for a proactive individual that enjoys working with financial data to provide insights on performance.
The Role
As FP&A Lead reporting into the Finance Director, you will take charge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, delivering actionable insights to drive business performance. You will also act as a trusted business partner to the senior leadership team (dotted line to CEO, COO & CTO) to support key strategic business decisions.
You will help to build-out complex financial models of various metrics and KPI's and be involved in high level conversations to help identify areas of opportunity and shape the future of the business.
