Gist is currently recruiting for an FP&A Analyst (either CIMA/ACCA PQ or Finalist) to join our Finance Team based at our Chineham Offices, on a Permanent hybrid working basis. As an FP&A Analyst at Gist, you'll be a key member of the wider team responsible for providing visibility of business financial performance, supporting our Business Partners in their decision-making processes with financial analysis, and managing related budgets and forecasts.
The key stakeholders for the FP&A team will include the wider Gist Finance Teams, M&S Food Finance Team along with operational and functional teams across a matrix environment.
The FP&A Financial Analyst will also be accountable for providing financial planning, reporting and variance analysis to provide visibility of business performance.
