The role:

1. Assist FP&A management in the timely submission and preparation of budgets and forecasts.
2. Prepare detailed cashflow forecasts to support effective cash management.
3. Manage financials for projects, ensuring accurate allocation of costs to Work in Progress (WIP).
4. Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring all figures are accurate and timely.
5. Support the consolidation of group financials, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reporting entities.

What we’re looking for:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in an FP&A, Cost Accounting, Commercial Finance or similar role; ideally in the Construction industry.
3. Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.

Desirable:

1. Planning to or currently working towards a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
