Founding Designer

Overview

ClaimSorted (YC S24) is hiring a Founding Designer to lead and own all design across the company.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of our ex-Revolut, Meta and Scale AI team building a proprietary ML-powered claim handling system.
• Own all design work, including product, marketing, and website.
• Design user-friendly tools for submitting, tracking, and processing claims.
• Create prototypes to rapidly test new ideas.
• Improve the website and brand presence.
• Work closely with users to understand their needs and solve their problems.

Technical Skills

• Ability to design clear, simple, and fast.
• 2-7 years of experience designing data-intensive systems in Figma.
• Strong prototyping skills.
• Familiar/ready to learn Webflow.

General Skills

• Comfortable with chaos.
• Great at talking to users and understanding their problems.
