Forklift Truck Driver

An established manufacturer is now hiring for an experienced FLT Driver to join their team in Glossop. You will be working in a busy environment, so you must have experience on the trucks as speed and accuracy are essential in this role.

What will you be doing as a FLT Driver?

1. Moving goods safely and accurately around the factory & warehouse
2. Keeping your working area safe and clear from hazards
3. Operating machinery to assist with production
4. General yard & warehouse duties as and when required
5. Understanding written & verbal instructions and effectively communicating with your work colleagues

What will you need?

1. Previous manufacturing experience highly advantageous
2. A minimum of 1 year's experience operating a forklift truck
3. Excellent work ethic and punctuality
4. Flexibility, as you may be asked to work different shift patterns from time to time
5. Good working knowledge of Health & Safety policies
