Forklift Driver/Production Operative

Based in: ST5 Newcastle-Under-Lyme area of Stoke on Trent.

Working Hours: 3 Weekly Rolling Shifts: 39 hour week 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am.

We are looking for a reliable Production Operative to join our team in a manufacturing environment, with experience of Fork Lift Truck driving. The role is varied and will include various machines including Bagging & Mixing machines.

Working 3 weekly rolling shifts: Mornings one week, afternoons to evenings the 2nd week, and one week nights. This is a secure long-term fully employed opportunity in a growing company for someone looking to develop their career. You will be operating several machines with some manual labour & teamwork.

Ideally, you will have worked within a production/factory environment performing manual tasks while adhering to health and safety rules and procedures.

Job Details:

1. Production Operative Experience
2. 3x Rolling Shift Monday to Friday
3. Fork Lift Truck Licence an advantage but not essential
4. Shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am
5. Filling out paperwork and process information
6. Material testing and taking samples for QC checks
7. Machine set up operation and product changeovers
8. Health & Safety and teamwork are highly valued
